Baking and decorating cakes is a hobby that I truly enjoy! I love making and designing cakes I get to use my creative side. For me it is both about the taste and the design, would you want to eat a cake that looks good but tastes bad and vice versa?

My greatest  achievement would have to be undoubtedly the Vteam cake I did which was a 3 tier cake. Top layer was a red velvet and the rest are chocolate cake. It was a shame that people did not want to cut into it until the after party. I kinda felt bad that most people didn’t get to taste it.

 

 

I love using both fondant and butter cream. Fondant is more workable as you can mould it to whatever you want it to be while the elegant piping method of butter cream both fascinates and challenges me.
